Ordered a torch, never collected it because I realised mine only needed to have the rechargeable battery only so didn't need to buy the whole torch.
Rang customer service twice a week apart to cancel and was promised a refund but nearly 30 days now and still no refund. I will be asking my bank for a charge back or take them to small claims court.
