Toolstation made me unhappy, tried ordering online for a product a delivery on site, attempted several times to make payment but because of the security element of a passcode on checkout.. I had to go to my business banking app for this code but can't return to the checkout process without starting all again, tried several times.. just going around in circles so abandoned the idea all together.
Then, I called customer service number to continue to place and pay for order and kept waiting with the call being disconnected.. great service...
