I ordered two radiators for a job. A week later they as for more details. A further week and only one arrives. The second was cancelled without my knowledge, I have had no contact from Tootstation.
31 minute delay to talk to someone and an online chat that didn't talk back.
Whilst waiting I ordered a replacement from a competitor (which I hope turns up).
I am now worried that the valves will not turn up either.
Oh well live and learn, will not use Tootstation again.
Previous experience has been fine hence the second star
