Paul at the dudley branch was run off his feet as he seemed to be on his own but 3 other staff were present doing other things he apologised and said he would be with me as soon as he can. He finally got round to me served me very quickly and with a smile on his face he deserves a medal and whatever your paying him it's obviously not enough well done and thank you again
