Well oh well! I used the newly opened West Bridgford branch 3 times now, and on two occasions items were out of stock when the online ordering system says stock available. Today I went to pickup two items, and the one that they told me was out of stock showed two when ordering. I request an immediate refund for the item, and was told they couldn't refund until the item arrived in stock next week! I was not accepting that, and said I would not be using them again unless I get an immediate refund. The manager reluctantly agreed the refund, when one of the assistants said let me check the stock. Low and behold there was two in stock! I believe when ordering online, that they may well be keeping low stock back for walk ins! I also have to agree with the manager, that he could unwrapped my missing item when it arrived in store, so he could put it back in stock! He also said, that if someone else orders that item online, there will be no stock! I REST MY CASE! - Back to Screwfix/Plumfix
