As I am not a tradesman I don't use Toolstation regularly. Today I bought a couple of items for counter collection.A very courteous young man,James served me. I picked up the items and left in a hurry.Just about ready to drive when I saw James holding my mobile and knocking on the drivers window.I'd forgotten it on the counter.
