I visited Toolstation Millbrook Southampton 20/8/19 to buy some sink fittings, i had the part numbers written down , the counter assistant (Harvey), was young ,very smart , polite, and smiling , very helpful in making sure the fittings were correct , also explained exchange service etc should they not fit ,we became" Buddys" , joke ! ,,quite a nice experience for a change , order number QGV175299572
