Visited Cheltenham Branch 21/7/2020. Couldn’t get my email to work on 4G to set up account for Click/Collect. Talked to young man in shop, extremely helpful, got the product I wanted (Flapwheel sander set) & he accepted payment at the till for me. Have to say Screwfix round the corner refused to help unless it was Click/Collect, so massive credit and future custom to Toolstation. Much better service at Toolstation. Thank you.
