When Travis Perkins have stock you can buy, their delivery service is excellent. My experience in branches has been good also. The biggest thing that lets them down is their website. Countless products are shown that are not deliverable or available for collection in your area. The fact that I live in the Midlands suggest this is the case for the rest of the UK. If something is not available it really should not show up in their search results, I have wasted countless hours on the very poor website.
