Beware when hiring tools from this company, hired rotavator from TP Brandon Suffolk branch. After collection it was agreed the machinery was cleaned and re fuelled by myself as in the terms of contact. £200 was taken for payment for 1 days hire and deposit. When I checked my credit card statement the remaining balance for refund after hire charge was not paid in full, when I contacted my local branch they then said after I proved their mistake that conveniently that they cannot make refunds once the transaction has been made ! Now have to wait for TP head office to issue me a cheque ! AVIOD as TP cannot refund your payment card for their mistake.
