I cancelled my subscription/ membership at the beginning of the year because I couldn’t get any sitters. I had trouble cancelling because their system kept freezing. I emailed them to check if I’d managed to do it and they eventually got back to me to say it was successful. They have just taken a full years membership from my credit card and now I can’t contact them because my email is unsubscribed! Don’t touch this company.
