I couldn’t give a lower star.They have misleading policies as to what an upgraded membership entails .Information only available once you purchase it.
If I had the time to complain to credit card company I would .
They don’t stand by the policies on their website .
Had some good sitters and some bad ones ,the platform is expensive for what it offers.
Heard good things about their competition.
