bought a membership from Spain. During the year I upgraded twice for various reasons. I live in Spain. Upon renewal they closed my account and asked me to renegotiate my membetship. Fair enough. However, they then went ahead and deducted a full membership from my UK bank account and did not tell me. They could provide no evidence of me pressing the auto renewal button three times!
I said I would renew on the basic membership but they refused. Just toook the premium membership from me.
