I recently had an experience where a sitter was using drugs. I reported it to Trusted Housesitters and they did nothing. In fact they modified my review of the Sitter and removed any references to what I had found upon my return home.
It seems they are not in favor of the homeowner even though I have proof of drug use they did nothing.
If you value your home and the safety of your pet, do not use Trusted Housesitters as if there is a problem, they will not resolve it. BEWARE!!! NO INTEGRITY!!
