Probably a broken record but worth recording. Ubisoft is the absolute worst, if I could give zero stars I would. I was gifted a game through steam (ubisoft game), when I tried to play it, it requested a CD Key that is no where on my steam account where it's supposed to be. Another time it said my CD key was invalid when I didn't even enter one. Trying to get Ubisoft tech support to deal with this has been a nightmare. Every time you try to answer a question or send information, a new person responds each time and they clearly do not read the prior messages and say the same thing over and over. Incompetent morons, even when you try to do their job for them and tell them how to fix it, you'll get a non-answer and they'll close your case. Ridiculous, I don't know how they're still in business.
