“Yeah rainbow six siege needs to be deleted if nobody cant ban people for leaving the game or killing other teammates I mean come on im tired of playing rank with no good people these days. “Literally can’t even play the game risk. Cannot make any private game. Nobody can join. Absolutely ridiculous. Should be ashamed to call yourselves a gaming company. Great gaming companies strive to give there customer great experience and allow them to at least place the game. I payed money for this? Terrible.”

“Money hungry company that has absolutely next to no customer support. They could care less about you, they just want your money through microtransactions. Will never buy another ubisoft game. Locked out of my account of 11 years because my email associates with the account, provider closed down services (verizon) and ubisoft has no way of talking to a real person. Calling the headquarters in montreal they will tell you “ I can direct you to the help section on ubisoft.com” spent hundreds of dollars maybe thousands on ubisoft games and transactions over the years, and Im not good enough to talk to a real person. What a joke of a company”

“I think it is incredibly stupid as well as unreasonable that I cannot access DLC that I have paid a decent amount of money for, in New Game + in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora. What a dumb decision. Other game studios can make it work, but not Ubisoft?”

“Ubi is a joke can’t add my phone number for 2fa can’t add my authentication app for 2fa and I’m almost out of recovery codes my account is almost 10 years old with a lot of money put into multiple games and it’s so stupid that my phone number some how violates something with ubi and it’s really sad this company is that bad please fix this or go out of business this is bs”

“Errors launching the game from steam every time I want to play. Thought maybe since steam added achievements we might have been able to launch through steam rather than connect since the issues are only on connect's side but nope, still connect ruining customer experience.”

“Honestly the assassin's creed games especially ac Odyssey and Valhalla including alpha animal challenges was not enjoyable at all especially since they allies respawn and yours stay knocked out if you have any. That is one of several unnecessary and infuriating aspects of the assassin's creed games”

“If I have to be honest about Ubisoft, their video games have really good games but their customer support is lacking and unprofessional. They're not able help to me change my birth date due to them accusing me of fraudulent activity and account sharing when it was given to me by my father who and he doesn't care about gaming and online in general. If there's improvement give us the option to actually change our birth date and not just the emails. If this keeps up i will no longer buy games from Ubisoft due to their unprofessionalism. I have been playing ubisoft games since late 2000s and up to this year”

“they have no good customer service. also you can’t play a single game that’s rated M as in MATURE as a mature adult because they can com ban you for saying one bad word even tho they have characters in the story lines that say the same. they also soundly answer my calls or emails”

“When I tried to create an account, it didn't recognise my email, even though I wrote it completely correct. After that there was problem with my username, which had no offensive words, yet still it found something (username: markcihlicka). And now I have to wait 20-60 minutes. I just bought their game and wanted to play with my friend. I guess not today.”

“Love how when im trying to load into a game on my next gen console it takes 4-5 business days you guys need to get over yourselfs and fix everything you guys have made maybe if you guys actually listen to the community your games would be fun and enjoyable and you wouldn’t have terrible company ratings.
