I purchased Far Cry 4, but the game did not run due to an authentication error. Ubisoft customer support was unable to resolve the issue and also refused to issue a refund.

If i could give a 0 I would. I have been playing their games for years. I lost access to the email that was attached to my account. All i asked was that they change the email address. They then sent me in an infinite loop of web help pages and emails for 8 Months! Honestly I am even going to submit a complaint to the Better Business Beuro. 0/10 avoid at all cost.

My account was hacked even though I had 2FA. No one from support helped me, even though I gave them all the evidence that the account was mine.

There website and games are terrible, my password keeps getting reset without me even resetting it. There games are low quality and they dont spend any time on the actual games just the graphics and yet they still look as if you're playing a 2014 games

A more thorough examination of the business might have shown some problems and offered insightful information. Nonetheless, MADACOVI.CO reacted to my grievance with sincere care. Their staff showed their dedication to customer service by acting quickly to address the problem, and I was happy to receive my reimbursement last week.

They slammed there gamers for being sensitive over game quality, even tho for the past 15 years they haven't released a full finished game it's always update here and patch for that. Whole time they seem to justify 60-70$ price points. Ridiculous company

Spent 32 dollars on a game, that’s originally $110!!!! It told me nothing about how many GB the game would be to download, I thought it would be a max of 60GB or something, nope! 100GB. Absolutely insane, I have never seen a game be so many GB, You lot just take no accountability.

I’ve been dealing with an unresolved technical issue for over a month now after opening a support ticket with Ubisoft. Despite following all instructions and patiently waiting, I still haven’t received any real help or solution. Because of this issue, I can’t play the game I paid for and can’t buy or access the new DLC, which is incredibly frustrating. What’s worse is the complete lack of transparency or urgency from Ubisoft. No meaningful updates. No clear timeline. Just silence. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether Ubisoft has the ability—or even the willingness—to fix the problem. It feels like my money is gone and my issue is being ignored. This is unacceptable for a major gaming company and a terrible way to treat paying customers. Unless this gets resolved very soon, I will not be buying any future Ubisoft titles, and I will make sure others know what kind of support they can expect if something goes wrong. Absolutely disappointed

Ubisoft has to have the most useless support team possible. My account was recently hacked, and I sent a support ticket to try and recover my account every time i messaged them they replied me with the exact same copy and pasted message "We have been reviewing your case and we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the investigation, this is due to security concerns, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that your case will be closed as the current issue has been resolved." I sent all my details linked to the account phone number, email, old passwords, ect. Replied me with "After looking over the account and the information provided, we aren't able to verify ownership of the account." They take account security so seriously that when u have 2fa on the account you can sign in without it and they believe that the guy with a ip address on the opposite side of the world is the actual owner. Joke of a company

my siege lag has been unbearable recently , not allowing me too walk a few steps without teleporting , unable too shoot opponents as the bullets don't register , this has made the game unplayable so i removed it, i would like too enjoy the game again but due too this issue i am unable to fulfil that want.

One of the worst encounters with support. I have an issue with Watch Dogs 2, basically there is ongoing issue from their part where they updated either Ubisoft connect or the EAC and its clashing with the game. It doesn't affect everyone but the people who does are completely unable to even start the game. So I contacted them for any help, mind that I found out about that issue later. Encounter with them was that replays from the support team were in spawn of weeks where they were asking me for the same files to send them over and over ( DxDiag, msinfo32 ), I had way more useful advisees from AI programs rather then from the support team. When they asked me for the same files for the 3rd time I lost it and ask them, if they have any info about updates on UC or EAC because that's the cause of the issue and that it's useless to ask me for the same things over and over. Response was, that the game doesn't have any support and I have to deal with it.. Like wtf is this kind of support ?

I just paid $24 for a game I can't play because Ubisoft won't let me create an account! I tried everything and it says my birth date is invalid. I tried reaching out to tech support and you have to LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT to get assistance...I can't CREATE an account to log into...so now, this review is the only way I can think of to make contact with them to fix the issue...I just want to play my game! Ubisoft, if your reading this please respond to me
