Its like they don't care at all about customer support. Sent in a ticket and they closed it in a manner of seconds without doing a single thing.

why they don't have a call center for you to call to get help with account issues instead they make you type to people who probably don't understand what your trying to say or they cant explain a single thing to you and just say its a legal problem like be a good company and get a call center.

There always some bullsh*t that gets you temp banned, like I was just trying to sign in and I know my password is not wrong. I got banned for two many attempts to log in but the problem is on their side.

Amazing game and great people in it “sometimes” but I swear I disconnect and it was not my connection cause my brother was with me and he didn’t and it wouldn’t let me reconnect I restarted reloaded nothing used 3 different wifi connection still nothing this game needs to fix there reconnect system it has happened atleast 5 times just this month

youre servers on r6 are the worst thing i ever expiereced mabye get news dev or spend more money for better server to let youre players stay/ enjoy the game again like how are u guys doing nothing with the server after its 3 hours down are we deadass ok if it for a new season understandable but there isnt so how the hell is this going on also fix the anti cheat spend so money thick money u got billions but not doing anything with it im sorry but ill quit the game and many more ppl will and the game dies on a bad termet for ubisoft u guys have so much good games servers that dont break but then u got r6.

I ve been playing one of their games for a year or so on and off, for real I don't know how a big company can be so trash, the game marketplace got hacked in x mas , the game got hacked in Xmas (currently on the January's last days) the game had issues 8-9 times since Xmas. HOW CAN A COMPANY OF THAT SIZE BE SO BAD AT EVERYTHING

This company deserves to go bankrupt. They are absolutely hopeless with responding to "support chat''. i have had my account for 5 years and have had trouble connecting my phone to play ranked. I contact them 10 TIMES over years and get ZERO support. I buy another account, rank up to level 50 and STIILL wont let me connect my bloody phone to play ranked AGAIN. I don't understand how this company survives...

I payed for a member ship and am not receiving products as advertised Ubisoft had 4 days to reply and is just shooting a middle finger at me by far the greediest company in gaming and will be looking into telling a lawyer to see if I can build a false advertising case against them

Siege is an amazing game, it’s a shame it’s owned by Ubisoft. Give this game over to Microsoft, 100% it will have a high increase in popularity and less bugs. You know things aren’t going well when they try do an update and accidentally make it so there is no cross platform.

Der Support von Ubisoft ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Monatelange Wartezeiten, sinnlose Copy-Paste-Antworten und null echte Hilfe. Bei Account- oder Kaufproblemen wird man komplett ignoriert. Hauptsache Geld kassieren, danach ist der Kunde egal. Für mich reines Abzock-Verhalten. So geht man nicht mit zahlenden Kunden um.

Yeah rainbow six siege needs to be deleted if nobody cant ban people for leaving the game or killing other teammates I mean come on im tired of playing rank with no good people these days. What are yall doing I mean yall not even doing yall jobs right man. Like typical how ubsioft got over 300 employees and they do the job right.

Literally can’t even play the game risk. Cannot make any private game. Nobody can join. Absolutely ridiculous. Should be ashamed to call yourselves a gaming company. Great gaming companies strive to give there customer great experience and allow them to at least place the game. I payed money for this? Terrible.

Money hungry company that has absolutely next to no customer support. They could care less about you, they just want your money through microtransactions. Will never buy another ubisoft game. Locked out of my account of 11 years because my email associates with the account, provider closed down services (verizon) and ubisoft has no way of talking to a real person. Calling the headquarters in montreal they will tell you “ I can direct you to the help section on ubisoft.com” spent hundreds of dollars maybe thousands on ubisoft games and transactions over the years, and Im not good enough to talk to a real person. What a joke of a company

I think it is incredibly stupid as well as unreasonable that I cannot access DLC that I have paid a decent amount of money for, in New Game + in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora. What a dumb decision. Other game studios can make it work, but not Ubisoft?

Ubi is a joke can’t add my phone number for 2fa can’t add my authentication app for 2fa and I’m almost out of recovery codes my account is almost 10 years old with a lot of money put into multiple games and it’s so stupid that my phone number some how violates something with ubi and it’s really sad this company is that bad please fix this or go out of business this is bs

Errors launching the game from steam every time I want to play. Thought maybe since steam added achievements we might have been able to launch through steam rather than connect since the issues are only on connect's side but nope, still connect ruining customer experience.
