Very Bad customer support service. This company should shut down. They are unable to provide the service they are supposed to give. Connecting errors, game errors and the customer service is bad.

Absolutely horrible support. I've Been trying to get my old PS5 account unlinked removed and my new PS5 account linked for months and nothing has been fixed. They are absolutely horrible at helping fix my issue. I'll never by another game from epic.

Ubisoft has the capability and budget to never put out a bad game yet they fail at the most simple task of listening to their fanbase. Rainbow Six Siege has been one of my favorite games over the last decade but they can't even grow enough of a pair to ban users who are cheating. As much as I love that we are getting an Assassin's Creed 4 remake, why don't they allocate their time to fixing the game that still brings them the most income. R6 has to have the worst matchmaking I have ever experienced in gaming. I have never reached champion rank so why am I getting matched against champs while my teammates are in copper. I wish I never enjoyed playing this game because then I would never feel the need to express my frustration over a good game run by such a bad company.

I got banned on R6 for literally nothing Ik the games old but It was fun to bad Ubisoft doesn’t have their ish together.

Awful support service. I purchased heroes of might and magic 6 and I am stuck on loading screen. Couldn't play the game for 3 weeks at least. I contacted Ubisoft from website and discord and received the same answers about file attachments which I already did and show them and also recorded a video. They don't read and care what problem you have and it seems like the responses are either AI or copy paste without reading.

Ubisoft sucks. I rented a Ghost Recon Game from the public library to see if I might like it but I couldn't even log in to connect - and you have to connect to play. There is no campaign option. I couldn't even get past entering my age. Kept getting error readings. At least I didn't waste money to buy Ghost Recon. How is Ubisoft even still in business? Or maybe they're not. Maybe they have folded - and I can certainly understand why they would - which might explain why you can't even register. Lesson learned: Never buy a Ubisoft game.

These people decided to put Trackmania on a pay to play type plan, I paid over $60 on this mess 3 years ago when they had their 3 year membership, now it is $20 every year just to access everything, not doing it again.

One of the worst customers services I know. Contacted them because account was comprised, told them the email associated with the account was changed by the hacker and I needed help. Those dumbies sent the recover email to the new email associated with the account, meaning the hackers. Great decisions making guys

It won't let me link my account (which it requires to play the game), so I bought the game for nothing. Never buy from Ubisoft.

Ubisoft is horrible, extremely buggy games, needing to link a phone number and 2FA just to play games, would recommend embark games to anyone looking for something.

After playing prince of Persia: The lost crown, I bought the DLC. After an error I have to re-start the game. It ask me to login which I couldn’t played since it lock me out. According to the system I had too many attempts. This is unacceptable, after 20 minutes of trying to login with my Sony account, I decided to buy another game. All I can say is don’t even bother unlocking my account I won’t be back to play.
