"Account gets hacked, hacker changed email and password. I reach out to ubisoft support explaining the situation providing previous receipts of purchases, locations from which they were made previous usernames and passwords.\r\n\r\nUbisoft ask me to verify account ownership via link they sent to the email associated with the account (aka the hackers email) I told them I couldnt access it as it wasnt my email since my account got stolen, than I get a warning from Ubisoft the my email was unproductive and if I keep email them my support ticket will be closed."

"I\u2019m disappointed in this company. I enjoyed their games but their customer service sucks. My Ubisoft Connect auto logged into a friends account. I purchased a game which went to him. They said they could help. Told me to sent proof of receipt three different times. Then stated \u201cYou purchased the game on his account so you can only play on his account. If you need anything else then let me know.\u201d This is after they said they would help. I went further and said I\u2019ll just get a refund then. Their response was that they will not give me a refund as they are at \u201ccapacity\u201d and then stated they are closing the case. I\u2019m frustrated because I haven\u2019t played the game at all and they went from helping me to refusing to help and they did not even care to help. I\u2019ll be no longer supporting this company as I won\u2019t buy form a company who lacks customer service and will refuse to give you a refund when they don\u2019t help you like they said you would. Thanks to Steam, I asked for a refund and they gave me my money back within 15 minutes after I fully explained what happened. Thanks Steam!"
