they have no good customer service. also you can’t play a single game that’s rated M as in MATURE as a mature adult because they can com ban you for saying one bad word even tho they have characters in the story lines that say the same. they also soundly answer my calls or emails

Do not buy any of they're online game, servers are so trash you can't even play a proper game. It's an issue knowned and they're not even trying to fix it

When I tried to create an account, it didn't recognise my email, even though I wrote it completely correct. After that there was problem with my username, which had no offensive words, yet still it found something (username: markcihlicka). And now I have to wait 20-60 minutes. I just bought their game and wanted to play with my friend. I guess not today.

Love how when im trying to load into a game on my next gen console it takes 4-5 business days you guys need to get over yourselfs and fix everything you guys have made maybe if you guys actually listen to the community your games would be fun and enjoyable and you wouldn’t have terrible company ratings. DO BETTER

Ybisoft keeps on ruining their games just by pushing horrendous updates. Ubisoft has a history of not listening to their fan base yet we are the reason Ubisoft is still in business. They constantly ignore the community and somehow don’t address or fix any of the problems they have. For example, rainbow six siege has thousands of cheaters in the game yet Ubisoft seems to do nothing. Do not support this company and do not buy their games.

If I could give less than one star I would, it’s ridiculous and absolutely pathetic you make customers create a account after buying your game and proceed to not allow them to access said account after creating it. Gaming has become embarrassing and you all are a major cause of it.

I purchased Far Cry 4, but the game did not run due to an authentication error. Ubisoft customer support was unable to resolve the issue and also refused to issue a refund.

If i could give a 0 I would. I have been playing their games for years. I lost access to the email that was attached to my account. All i asked was that they change the email address. They then sent me in an infinite loop of web help pages and emails for 8 Months! Honestly I am even going to submit a complaint to the Better Business Beuro. 0/10 avoid at all cost.

There website and games are terrible, my password keeps getting reset without me even resetting it. There games are low quality and they dont spend any time on the actual games just the graphics and yet they still look as if you're playing a 2014 games

A more thorough examination of the business might have shown some problems and offered insightful information. Nonetheless, MADACOVI.CO reacted to my grievance with sincere care. They slammed there gamers for being sensitive over game quality, even tho for the past 15 years they haven't released a full finished game it's always update here and patch for that. Whole time they seem to justify 60-70$ price points. Ridiculous company

Spent 32 dollars on a game, that’s originally $110!!!! It told me nothing about how many GB the game would be to download, I thought it would be a max of 60GB or something, nope! 100GB. Absolutely insane, I have never seen a game be so many GB, You lot just take no accountability.
