“I haven’t played this stupid R6 game in a year I come back to being banned for input spoofing. I try to appeal multiple times and it doesn’t work. I go to the R6 discord to discover others with similar problems and I found out the cause of my ban. It’s because my elite controller is detected as a mouse and keyboard. I explained to the van appeal and gave many pictures and evidence. They still decided to keep me banned I’ve been an avid veteran of siege since operation health and they have now lost a dedicated player. Ubisoft support is a joke.”

“Y’all’s game is so stupid and yall are the worst game company that I have experienced in all of my gaming record,you have the dumbest software because I changed my Ubisoft password to activate 2-step verification for r6,then I tried to log in and it said the password was wrong,you need to light the company on fire because you make my life miserable.”

“Terrible service, they take literal weeks to respond for just a password change, they have the most overcomplicated ways to change your email/password because you have to send an inquiry which they take a damn millennium to respond to.”

“This company makes me sign into ubisoft everytime I want to play the game. I didnt do anything, i save my info. Still makes me sign in. Now i cant even get into the account because they feel like just saying, "nah cant reset password cuz i feel like it" like this company is the worst experience ive ever had”

“worst company ever. after a year i did not login into my account. i remember exactly the username and password. and the system told me my account is block due to repeating failed attempts. and even i reset my password also wont help anything. and when i want to file a support. they require me to login.”

“Absolutely horrible support. I've Been trying to get my old PS5 account unlinked removed and my new PS5 account linked for months and nothing has been fixed. They are absolutely horrible at helping fix my issue. I'll never by another game from epic.”

“Ubisoft has the capability and budget to never put out a bad game yet they fail at the most simple task of listening to their fanbase. Rainbow Six Siege has been one of my favorite games over the last decade but they can't even grow enough of a pair to ban users who are cheating. As much as I love that we are getting an Assassin's Creed 4 remake, why don't they allocate their time to fixing the game that still brings them the most income. R6 has to have the worst matchmaking I have ever experienced in gaming. I have never reached champion rank so why am I getting matched against champs while my teammates are in copper. I wish I never enjoyed playing this game because then I would never feel the need to express my frustration over a good game run by such a bad company.”

“Awful support service. I purchased heroes of might and magic 6 and I am stuck on loading screen. Couldn't play the game for 3 weeks at least. I contacted Ubisoft from website and discord and received the same answers about file attachments which I already did and show them and also recorded a video. They don't read and care what problem you have and it seems like the responses are either AI or copy paste without reading.”

“Ubisoft sucks. I rented a Ghost Recon Game from the public library to see if I might like it but I couldn't even log in to connect - and you have to connect to play. There is no campaign option. I couldn't even get past entering my age. Kept getting error readings. At least I didn't waste money to buy Ghost Recon. How is Ubisoft even still in business? Or maybe they're not. Maybe they have folded - and I can certainly understand why they would - which might explain why you can't even register. Lesson learned: Never buy a Ubisoft game.”
