Lost my account and Ubisofts customer service refused to help recover it so I lost everything I had in siege.

Terrible company with a lazy customer support team. The email linked to my account is my old school email. I have called them (my school) numerous times, and they cannot reactivate my old email. Therefore, I cannot 2-step verify my account to purchase items in the R6 marketplace. I need to somehow link my new email or any email I have access to to my Ubisoft account. I also cannot input a phone number because I need to verify my email first. Their response was in short, "that's unfortunate, but there is nothing we can d.o"

Ubisoft support doesn’t help tried resetting my account password but Ubisoft won’t send me the email the email for the account is correct but it won’t send it to me

Don’t use Ubisoft, it’s a lousy company. Had my account hacked, then proceeded to contact Ubisoft. Went in circles trying to get my account back then got my case closed because the protection of the person who hacked my account is more important than the person who’s actively trying to get there account back, thanks Ubisoft for absolutely nothing.

Banned from cheating on siege while the game was never installed or played on my account before. Zero explanation why I have a permanent ban before even starting the game for the first time. Never cheated in my life. So wrong on so many levels. Worst support team ever. Don’t give Ubisoft your money.

Account gets hacked, hacker changed email and password. I reach out to ubisoft support explaining the situation providing previous receipts of purchases, locations from which they were made previous usernames and passwords. Ubisoft ask me to verify account ownership via link they sent to the email associated with the account (aka the hackers email) I told them I couldnt access it as it wasnt my email since my account got stolen, than I get a warning from Ubisoft the my email was unproductive and if I keep email them my support ticket will be closed.

On rainbow six siege the matchmaking is terrible. How are we in rank plat and versing champions? How are new ranks suppose to level up when their versing a player who has been able to make it to champ, just doesn’t make sense. Bring back the can’t play rank unless within the same elo.

They are the absolute worst company. I’m deleting my account with them just due to the customer service. Someone from Russia hacked my account and the email there isn’t mine. However after reaching out they asked me to provide evidence it was mine and they’d close my case because they didn’t find any. When I asked them to clarify what I should provide because I have a lot of accounts linked to it. They told me if I ask again I’ll be given a second warning and they will no longer help me? Threatened due to asking questions is wild. I will never participate again with anything related to them

I opened a case with the customer support. Its now been 2 months of going back forth. My issue has not been fixed. They tried to close the case and say it was fixed but it hasn't. Went over 2 weeks in the case they just went silent. If you have any issues in a game mine being r6 just know itll take awhile to get anywhere with that. Still waiting for mine to be resolved. 2 months to the day.

Absolutely terrible support service. I find it difficult to even place 'support' in their title. They do not listen to the customer. They clearly cut and paste most of their responses as their 'solutions' do not match the actual issue. I lost out on money due to the above issues. I should have known from prior experiences that they would not help 8n any way. Ubisoft 'support' is the reason I cancelled my annual subscription to Ubisoft plus. They are a joke.

Their customer service is awful! My son was trying to change the email on his account and they locked him out of it. We tried to contact their customer service numerous times...they only allow you to contact them through a form, no phone number to call and actually get help...we continue to get automated emails in return that are no help and they close the case causing us to go through the whole process again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not let your kids do anything with this company!
