“It’s so bad. I got disconnected out of the game because I had to do something and when i come back, I can’t reconnect back. I restarted my game and my console to make sure that it wasn’t my fault. But I still couldn’t. When the game ended I got suspended immediately though. How is that fair? How is that my fault? Ubisoft, fix the game. Terrible service.”

“Bad team, went 20 kills one game and lost. dropped three ranks after one loss. thought it was fun but overall, I’m just disappointed in the corrupt game system. the reputation system is also very frustrating.”

“genuinely nothing more annoying than the game freezing kicking you out a ranked game and then receiving a 60 min ban for something that’s entirely not your fault. i got kicked out on match point, we won and i got my 60 min ban and i can’t play with my friends for an hour now. Thanks ubisoft awesome”

“I cannot understand how a company that could design The best games and a backstory that works into the game. You could see after Far Cry 4 and Watchdogs 2 Ubisoft began to useing awkward menu screens and completely abandoning a true storyline. I was a huge fan of The Crew 1 once The Crew 2 came out you could begin to see the shift. I'm a Gen X and an OG gamer. I took it in stride that it was appealing to a younger market. And now as I see Ubisoft games and stock tank go back to your roots and make a decent game. Every Ubisoft game now is the same clunky and cumbersome format. To me, it feels almost like every single game is designed on the same model.”

“Purchase a game on Steam, discovered I needed a ubisoft account, which I created. Game still required an activation code, which was not provided on steam. Asked help from ubisoft, and was given a ticket but never got a response. Ended up returning the game. Very slippery company at all turns. Moving forward, I'll be sure to avoid all ubisoft products.”

“Played the assassins creed games for years literately since the release of the second game . So naturally when I heard AC shadows was going to be in Japan and I have grown up money now I ordered the ultimate edition, only for them to delay the game and force a refund. Although they never gave my money back and they have removed the game from my library as a pre order so now I’m out almost 200$ and they have stopped replying to my messages through the service tag. I’ll never support this company as long as I live.”
