Rainbow 6 seige has a terrible ranked system, why am I palla456 a bronze 4 rank playing against platinum ranked players, it’s completely unfair!!!

All their games suck, for honor i cant even block peoples attack, siege dosent have one tap headshots no more cause of their ass hitboxes Ubisoft sucks all in all

Ubisoft says I need to get comfortable with “not owning my games” They can get comfortable with the fact that from now on I will pirate them instead 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now we both lose money. How the turn tables.

They have no idea about anything when it comes to tech. I am genuinely convinced they are a bunch of overpaid cockroaches who don't know how to help you with anything. I've had so many issues with them and not once have I gotten a straight-up answer or solution. It always redirects you to an AI conversation with very broad questions and solutions. Seriously would try to avoid it when possible, try and go through Steam, or even Blizzard would be better, and that's saying something.

Just bought 2 Just Dance 2024 games so I could play with my grand daughter on line. Everything said that there were 40 songs to be included. After loading there are only 2 songs. I cannot reach anyone in support. The contact method of opening a case is a joke. They keep closing the case without anyone responding and providing help.

Year after year after year, I kept tolerating Ubisoft's hideous practices. No more. I can't take it anymore. I will never purchase a Ubisoft game ever again. If it was just bugged games that lacked post launch support, and predatory immersion-breaking monetization practices, it would be like most other AAA publisher now adays. They're bad for sure, but Ubisoft stands head and shoulder above the rest. I purchased Heroes of might and magic 6 physical collector's edition from their store in 2011. I did not download the game right away. I tried to download it months later, and this was their response: "We understand that you want to download your game again. As a one time courtesy, We have reset your order's download expiration until 12/26/11 12:01:59 AM CST to allow additional attempts." So a game that I purchased, and I am not allowed to download it..that's just pure insanity. A few years later, I wanted to buy the same game on steam, because I was sick of all the different Ubisoft launchers that they kept changing all the time. After I purchased the game and tried to launch it, the Ubisoft launcher said I needed a CD Key! I checked if there was any CD key attached to the game, but there was none. I sent a complaint to their support, and it took them 5 weeks to just respond, and this was their response: "Thank you for reaching out to us, we apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We value your patience and appreciate the effort you've taken to contact us. If you are still experiencing issues with your content, please first review this FAQ and ensure you have attempted to activate your content properly for the platform you are using: https://www.ubisoft.com/.../activating-a-key-or.../000060587 Should you continue to experience issues and your case has been closed, you can re-open this ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible." I was so frustrated I just refunded the game. Of course now they have shut down servers for games I have purchased, like Heroes 6. Heroes 6 is mainly a single-player game, yet Ubisoft decided to put online-only features, like the interface where you can get certain items that level up through your playthrough, and the bestiary. That's just in theory. In practice, the game won't even start anymore! Apparently I need to bypass the Ubisoft authentication somehow to get the game to start..but I just have no patience for that anymore. I also realized that all Ubisoft games cannot be shared through steam family sharing, unlike most of the 2000 + games in my library. Last year their CEO blamed the developers for the company having a bad year, and now they backup all their practices by saying they want gamers to get used to not owning their games. No Ubisoft. I will never get used to that. Instead, I will get used to never purchasing your games ever again.

Probably a broken record but worth recording. Ubisoft is the absolute worst, if I could give zero stars I would. I was gifted a game through steam (ubisoft game), when I tried to play it, it requested a CD Key that is no where on my steam account where it's supposed to be. Another time it said my CD key was invalid when I didn't even enter one. Trying to get Ubisoft tech support to deal with this has been a nightmare. Every time you try to answer a question or send information, a new person responds each time and they clearly do not read the prior messages and say the same thing over and over. Incompetent morons, even when you try to do their job for them and tell them how to fix it, you'll get a non-answer and they'll close your case. Ridiculous, I don't know how they're still in business.

Tried to play south park TFBW and i always needed to find an "activation key to even play the game" making a $50.00 game i purchases unplayable. I wish ubisoft the biggest middle finger i could give someone

This company is the biggest waste of space in the entirety of the gaming world even worse than ea and that says something your company is literally the bane of any gamers existence yall are literally surface only people yall games look so good but virtually don't work too many issues even down to a whole ass wheel making your games crash that's wild dawg stop fuckin makin games you trashcan

Cross-play is trash. I never can connect to the servers and I have to log in and out of the game just for it to work. Don't buy any ubisoft games ever

Purchased two games for my kids for Christmas just to find out my 10 year old isn't able to play them on his account. The first is rated everyone this makes no sense. The second is rated teen but I have his Xbox account set up where I have to approve games of this rating. Makes me not want to purchase games made by this company.

Tried to verify my Rainbow six siege account so I can play ranked. It was easy to link my email, but trying to link my phone number is impossible, every time I try and log in I get stuck on a log in page that NEVER LOADS. I left it on the screen for over and hour and NOTHING. One might say that it would obviously be on my end do to poor internet, but that is not the case since ever other google search will load in a heart beet while waiting on this one log in page to load (my upload and download speed are both over 50MBs). TO top it off I reload the log in page to then get hit with a message saying TO MANY FAILED LOG IN ATTEMPS TRY AGAIN LATER, so I then have to wait a minimum of and HOUR to repeat the cycle of this insanity. Side note the servers for standard play have not worked since Christmas and there still has not been a fix, you also need a 780 credit score and a down payment of $10,000 to play the competitive mode in this game.

You can't get a just dance unlimited free trial anywhere. I've searched and search for hours. Can't find out how to purchase it. The songs all suck. And the team is unhelpful, the tips are unhelpful, nothing works on this damn website or app. Scammers. They suck.

Genuinely never hard a harder time trying to make an account/log into something in my life. I spent over an hour trying to verify my email/password just for it to tell me it’s incorrect even tho I have my Xbox and Ubisoft linked. Then when I tried to make a new account because I just didn’t care anymore it kept saying the password was incorrect yet again. What is so complicated and challenging about letting users log into an account?

Threw up when I had to give them 1 star. 0 is what that crappy company deserves. Company ripped me off on a $60 game. will not refund my money despite that I returned the game within their required time and other requirements. Will never purchase anything from them, or use their service. Overall a deceptive, unscrupulous and criminal company that should be eliminated!

Ubisoft doesn't understand what crossplay means. They think it means that you can play with the same people on the same console ala xbox and playstation. Crossplay actually means that PC and consoles can play but ubisoft is so stupid that they don't know.

The worst company I ever encountered. Rainbow six siege servers are crashing for millions of players including myself and won’t allow players to reconnect to the game. This results in the unjustified banning of players. Ubisofts response to this was that I should simply wait for the issue to be resolved and that they can’t unban me for the duration placed. How useless and ridiculous is that? An issue which many are encountering and they are still not taking responsibility for it. Simply the worst, don’t ever play a game from these a holes
