They are the absolute worst company. I’m deleting my account with them just due to the customer service. Someone from Russia hacked my account and the email there isn’t mine. However after reaching out they asked me to provide evidence it was mine and they’d close my case because they didn’t find any. When I asked them to clarify what I should provide because I have a lot of accounts linked to it. They told me if I ask again I’ll be given a second warning and they will no longer help me? Threatened due to asking questions is wild. I will never participate again with anything related to them

I opened a case with the customer support. Its now been 2 months of going back forth. My issue has not been fixed. They tried to close the case and say it was fixed but it hasn't. Went over 2 weeks in the case they just went silent. If you have any issues in a game mine being r6 just know itll take awhile to get anywhere with that. Still waiting for mine to be resolved. 2 months to the day.

Absolutely terrible support service. I find it difficult to even place 'support' in their title. They do not listen to the customer. They clearly cut and paste most of their responses as their 'solutions' do not match the actual issue. I lost out on money due to the above issues. I should have known from prior experiences that they would not help 8n any way. Ubisoft 'support' is the reason I cancelled my annual subscription to Ubisoft plus. They are a joke.

Their customer service is awful! My son was trying to change the email on his account and they locked him out of it. We tried to contact their customer service numerous times...they only allow you to contact them through a form, no phone number to call and actually get help...we continue to get automated emails in return that are no help and they close the case causing us to go through the whole process again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not let your kids do anything with this company!

Ubisoft cares much more about banning a player for disconnecting from a match in r6 then to fix the servers and make them playable, can’t stand being banned over server issues

Ubisoft stole my money by giving me a perm ban for no reason this affected me financially as i have spent a fortune on a game and i am really not satisfied with this experience because they also take ages to reply to emails.

It’s so bad. I got disconnected out of the game because I had to do something and when i come back, I can’t reconnect back. I restarted my game and my console to make sure that it wasn’t my fault. But I still couldn’t. When the game ended I got suspended immediately though. How is that fair? How is that my fault? Ubisoft, fix the game. Terrible service.

Bad team, went 20 kills one game and lost. dropped three ranks after one loss. thought it was fun but overall, I’m just disappointed in the corrupt game system. the reputation system is also very frustrating.
