Absolutely terrible company. Took a fantastic game and cooked the servers so they don’t function. Then ban players who they remove from the servers for not staying connected to the servers because their servers can’t hold the connection.

Worst company every you guys cant make games enjoyable for people.you guys have to worst set ups for any type of ranked mode in any games to put people w mentally unstable people play the most synchronized virgin team ever.make it make sense.

Ubisoft made my account of 5 years worthless. I always used to play Siege on a shared account. This person kept their playstation account and I kept the Ubisoft. I cannot use my playstation for this account anymore because it's unable to link with no reason whatsoever.

Summation: Horrible and incompetent technical support. I've already waited a month for them to address one issue and they have failed to, repeatedly with different "help". The last month? Same thing, but for a different dilemma. I'm sure I could be a better engineer than any of those clowns.

Ubisoft connect is quite possibly the worst example of a game store/DRM. It breaks itself regularly and makes me lose access to games I own or have access to through a subscription. Games I bought through steam almost never launch successfully through Ubisoft connect despite countless reinstalls and times trying to work with Ubisoft support, which has never even attempted to solve a single issue for me.

Ubisoft’s apps all suck, nothing works correctly. It’s so complicated to even try and link accounts. I’ve been trying for over an hour to link my steam and ps5 accounts for a game but the servers are so bad that the game can’t even open up a browser to let me login.

Really sad update on my ticket to #ubisoft @UbisoftSupport 25th July - I purchased Ubisoft+ subscription 8th August - subscription stops working on my Xbox Ticket raised on 8th August 21532857 8th - 18th August - investigation in progress 18th August - I'm told issue is still under investigation and will be fixed soon. But they refused a refund despite issue being open for over 10 days. My subscription ends on 25th August. Really poor customer support and application. Difficult to get support for a service which is charged at £14.99 Date of experience: 18 August

Not sure how to give it a .25 star but if I could it would be less. How are they going to be a triple A company and cancel their support team? I am shocked and clueless. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT buy anything from this company because if you get locked out of your account, like I did, there will be no one to help you and you wasted your money.
