All ubisoft games are trash. The creators have insane ego problems so they won't let you progress in games. They bully you into loosing just because their life sucks. Like ubisoft makes me never want to play video games ever again thats how bad you guys bully. You make it seem like such a great game to drive people in and then end up lying and bullying the customers into loosing at every aspect of the game. Like people don't play video games to be bullied and tormented. We play to get that little bit of escape from reality and you guys make that escape far worse than reality. So what's the actual point of your games? Just bullying or what? I want to understand why they feel the need to do this?

Why is everything you make the same anymore? Just got farcry 6 and it's literally just assains creed with guns. Like did you guys for get how to be original? Or copy and pasting more your style? Like seriously I'm over the same old same old. Like you haven't made the same style game for over ten years now, don't you guys think it's time to broaden your spectrom? Don't worry I'm over ea games too. For the same reason only they mess there games up way worse then you guys do.

Very bad support team. Been working on an issue since the start of this month, talked to 11 different people and still no progress on this ticket. Never but anything from UbiSoft.

I want my money back. I purchased ubisoft plus today around 2pm today and it's 6:30 now. I'm not able to even see the ubisoft plus games on my Xbox. I've sent in a couple of messages to ubisoft and I've yet to hear from them. Waste of money and time.

They have no direct contact to customer support. I needed a password reset to play the 150 dollar game I just bought and there was no way for me to contact them directly. I'm still waiting to hear back from them so I can play this game >.

Played against a player who cheated, recorded him walling. He was Copper 3 best rank previous season, and now Diamond 1 this season. So we played against him and 3 games later play against him again. Ubisoft, what is a diamond player doing in Bronze/Silver lobby?? You worry so much about the cosmetics of the game and leave cheaters and smurfs to roam around in the game. Matchmaking is broken, connecting to servers is broken, and no it is not network issues. Can connect to any other online game except Siege.

Seige makes me want to die, servers always ass. Ranked 2.0 is dog. skill based mathmakeing is trash i go one game playing with plats then another game playing with champs like what

Lmao. Ubisoft is a joke. I signed into my LG account to download my Prime account. Signed into Prime, then downloaded Luna. I picked a game to play, Ubisoft told me to sign in. I signed in to Ubisoft and it told me to change my password. I changed my password following the guidelines, and it wasn't good enough. I let Ubisoft pick my password and my Google account saved my old password but not the one Ubisoft chose. Pfuuuuuck yyyooouuuuu Ubisoft!!! Signing into 3 or 4 other services just to play a video game. Losers!

I have spent months trying to recover an account with hundreds of pounds worth of games on it. Ubisoft "support" are refusing to do anything about it.

just please sell your company who will actually help the games thrive you are sitting on assassins creed and rainbow six and they could be top games but ran by this shat of a company. could you imagine if a company who actually cared ran those games? it’s pathetic that it is even allowed this company is straight up a scam. this whole timeline of their company needs to be studied.

Oh, where do I even begin with Ubisoft's customer support? It's like they're running a marathon in slow motion. I emailed them, sent in tickets, and even tried carrier pigeons, but it seems like they're operating on a time zone located somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle. I've waited more than three weeks for a reply, and it feels like I'm sending messages into a black hole. It's as if their customer support team took a vacation to Mars without setting up an out-of-office email. Maybe they're using carrier snails instead of pigeons—those little guys must be on a really leisurely stroll. I tried calling them, but it seems like the hold music is their version of a never-ending symphony. I've aged a year just waiting for someone to pick up. I even considered starting a support group for people who are still waiting for Ubisoft's customer support to respond. In the age of instant communication, Ubisoft's customer support is like a relic from the past. Maybe they're secretly time travelers trying to recreate the authentic experience of waiting for a letter in the mail. It's so retro; I almost want to send them a fax just to see if it'll get a faster response. Overall, dealing with Ubisoft's customer support is like participating in an extreme sport—extreme waiting. If patience were an Olympic event, they'd be gold medalists.

I never do reviews but want to save people the time of dealing with ubisoft. Not worth it and you will get scammed. No support to help either. Been over 6 months and no one has opened any of my cases. Stay away from Ubisoft, they only care about the money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The company is a scam. they care more about $20 than keeping customers. PC games are unreliable. Would not refund; my system is proven capable of running game. I cant imagine how stupid the management is to allow this policy of customer disloyalty. The video game maker is simply not worth your time or money. TIME TO BOYCOTT!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the third time I've had my account temp suspended for login issues after only ONE failed in log in attempt. I actually tried to send a communication to customer services and the send button was greyed out and not able to send. what a joke this companies customer service is. I am trying to remove all my game accounts from them to somewhere else, literally anywhere else!!!
