Really sad update on my ticket to #ubisoft @UbisoftSupport
25th July - I purchased Ubisoft+ subscription
8th August - subscription stops working on my Xbox
Ticket raised on 8th August 21532857
8th - 18th August - investigation in progress
18th August - I'm told issue is still under investigation and will be fixed soon. But they refused a refund despite issue being open for over 10 days.
My subscription ends on 25th August. Really poor customer support and application.
Difficult to get support for a service which is charged at £14.99
