It is all about same. Shitty app, that let's you buy a subscription, while being registered and stating, that you are in a country, that is not eligible. That is not fair, tricking your clients into paying for nothing. Shitty support, that is unable to see the cause of unavailable service and trying to put the guilt on the buyer. Incompetent and unprofessional assistance. Are you even checking the links, you are sending? Terms are not available at the link you have provided. I am sick of Ubisoft. Will repost this, I have some free time. Thank you for nothing.

I try to play the division 2, one of my favorite looter shooters on the market. Half the time I can’t because Ubisoft connect is completely dysfunctional. This launcher is by far the worst piece of code I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly asking me to log in when I’ve already ticked the status to stay logged in, it doesn’t work half the time. Takes forever to load and is an actively hindered me playing other games from Ubisoft cause of it. Clearly shows the incompetence of the technical staff at Ubisoft and it’s mismanagement. Fix your damn launcher

I just bought far cry 6 and that is the last purchase I have ever made with UBISOFT.. all the reasons why are already mentioned in all the reviews down.. seriously,you pay for something 60 - 100 $ and then cant even play cause server is unavailable and cant even log in or you have to download an 33 gb update right after i literally BOUGHT the game.

Terrible service, can't play games because it never lets me log in. Even when resetting my password. Do yourself a favor and buy your games on anything but Ubisoft connect.

Totally unnecessary service that offers no value other than collecting data for Ubisoft and b.s. barriers to playing. No one wants this account rubbish. All it does is push people to pirate software to avoid ‘always connected’ hassles.

Unplayable games, absolutely no support, they took their email and phone number off the Ubisoft website because they do not care about their customers at all. If you think the game is worth it to go through their horrid software, its not. save your time and money and buy literally anything else, just not from these guys.

Games are good, but the toxic online community and ubisofts lack of support for online gaming issues including but not limited to teamkilling, griefing, and cheating, makes some of the games like rainbow six not worth it.

I have never had an issue with any other game apart from ALL the games Ubisoft have developed. I have purchased all assassins creed games apart from assassins creed 3 and every.single.game freezes and crashes CONSTANTLY. I have changed all my settings to low and followed all directions given, my gaming laptop, hard-drives and graphics cards are all up to date, yet i STILL run into freezing, crashing, glitching issues every 10 or so minutes in every game. It is SO FRUSTRATING. I've paid so much money and spent so much time playing and its like the developers just give zero sh!ts about its players. Tried to contact the developers with my issue and it is next to impossible to contact anyone about it. Forced to input the issues first and then just says 'we already have an answer to your query' and the only thing you can do is click on the link provided which doesnt help AT ALL as i have literally done ALL OF THOSE THINGS ALREADY. Because of what I was questioning, the submit query button disappears and all that is available is the 'chat' button but says there is nobody available to chat. every.single.time. Absolutely abhorrent. Will never purchase another game from Ubisoft again.

This company is terrible. Nothing works correctly. Their Ubisoft Console only works about 75% of the time. Save files don't sync between my desktop and laptop which makes playing on both nearly useless. Support is even more useless; it takes them about a week to respond. They recently broke Anno 1800 over a holiday (Christmas and New Years) to where you can't build things that used to work, and instead of rolling back the update which was useless except a stupid little Santa flying around, they announce that the problem wont be fixed for about a month. WTH Ubisoft? What other company does this? Breaks one of your biggest titles when people are off work for literally no useful reason and then not just roll back the update? Seriously?

Why does this company make it such a pain in the ass to contact someone for customer support? And why doesn’t the phone number work for customer support? It feels next to impossible to get help on what’s needed and it almost feels intentional

Bought my daughter 1 year of Just Dance unlimited. Never got a receipt for payment. Instead I got a email welcoming me with links that don’t work. Tried to create an account countless times only to have it say invalid email or username, although I followed all the rules! Tried again today and it said my email is already registered yet I don’t have an account. Can’t even contact them without having an account. How do I contact this so called company? Just want refund!

They don't even respond to tickets, Emails, any kind of support from the ubisoft or the game i literally have no words. People just crash servers ruin games, toxic community. Lot's of bugs, no refunds for digital content aswell. Just don't even buy this game please listen to me!!!!

There are no refunds for digital delivered games, so if you don't like a game you have to deal with it and loose your money, guess I won't buy here any more. There should be a period of time where a cusomer can ask for a refund. I purchased AC Valhalla, what a boring and awfull game, nothing compared to the other Assassins Creed versions, wish I could get my money back since I'm not playing it.

The customer service is pitiful. I have an XBoxOne and have had connectivity issues with JustDance Unlimited so many times. I go through the same song and dance with customer service via email as the only way to connect with them is through their website. Then "tech support" will send you a cut and paste of what they think the issue is without even reading what I sent. It is an endless waste of time with a customer support staff that really takes no pride in its work.

Ubisoft connect was the worst idea ever. I've played so many of their games in the past, but when they introduced Ubisoft connect everything went downhill. First off, I don't like having to play online. In this day and age, I accept that you have to connect at least once to download or activate, but to have to consistently be connected to the server to play a game is unacceptable when you only want to play offline. I just downloaded Valhalla, and have the latest version. Connect is now telling me I can't launch offline and automatically begins downloading a 68gb update to a 50gb game. All files are verified in both Ubisoft and epic games. I don't care what they come out with, I will never buy another Ubisoft game. Their support chat is supposed to be available 930am to 230am et, it is not. Avoid Ubisoft, there are plenty of other games. Support other developers and they will get better contacts. Ubisoft games have stayed far from their origins anyway.

would not recommend, customer support said they couldn't help with a simple account recovery and then after sating the couldn't help asked if there was anything they could help with... I don't know let me know when the first help starts helping....

Stop making everyone happy and focus on your target market... it's middle to older age people... Im super disappointed with FARCRY 6, Ghost Recon Break Point,, The Division II... We will not spend another dollar until you get back to the days of FARCRY 5 INCREDIBLE GAME, GHOST RECON WILDLANDS... BOTH EASILY 4.5-5 Games then you changed it why??? Why??? You had the magic and you wasted it!! 😓

I purchased 75.00 for my son's wallet so he could purchase a game money never showed up they took the money out of my account couldn't get anyone to help me lost 75.00. Don't waste your money they are awful.
