Account gets hacked, hacker changed email and password. I reach out to ubisoft support explaining the situation providing previous receipts of purchases, locations from which they were made previous usernames and passwords.
Ubisoft ask me to verify account ownership via link they sent to the email associated with the account (aka the hackers email) I told them I couldnt access it as it wasnt my email since my account got stolen, than I get a warning from Ubisoft the my email was unproductive and if I keep email them my support ticket will be closed.
