Absolutely terrible support service. I find it difficult to even place 'support' in their title. They do not listen to the customer. They clearly cut and paste most of their responses as their 'solutions' do not match the actual issue.
I lost out on money due to the above issues.
I should have known from prior experiences that they would not help 8n any way. Ubisoft 'support' is the reason I cancelled my annual subscription to Ubisoft plus. They are a joke.
