“Screw Ubisoft. A POS app that works every once in awhile but typically just locks you out of playing games you've already purchased. Why the h*ll do I need to go through steam to go through ubisoft, to play. Next time I'll just buy a different game than deal with more Ubisoft BS!”

“I would give zero stars if it were an option. GARBAGE customer service. Several times explaining the same problem to different idiots only to get forwarded to there super special idiots. Then told not to reply or it would kick my request to the bottom of the pile. It’s been almost a year and haven’t heard jack back. Absolutely worthless company. We will never pay a penny for a Ubisoft product again.”

“This company literally blamed us the fans for the most terrible game ever made Star Wars outlaws I will never buy another Ubisoft game again and my other 6 friends agree to tell everyone we know to never buy another terrible terrible utterly garbage game from you ever again we will make sure we tell our grand kids to tell their kids to never buy and Ubisoft game again how dare you blame us for your hot garbage!!!!!”

“One star is even too much for Ubisoft, I can't believe this company is still in business. They refuse to do anything about hackers, repair glitches in their games and even their tech support is non-existent. I stopped playing their games years ago, now recently tried to get into my account to which I can't and their tech support refuses to solve the issues I'm experiences. Then when you call them out on their incompetence, they give you warnings for not being constructive. YOUR TECH SUPPORT ISN'T CONSTRUCTIVE!”

“Absolutely terrible company. Took a fantastic game and cooked the servers so they don’t function. Then ban players who they remove from the servers for not staying connected to the servers because their servers can’t hold the connection.”

“Ubisoft made my account of 5 years worthless. I always used to play Siege on a shared account. This person kept their playstation account and I kept the Ubisoft. I cannot use my playstation for this account anymore because it's unable to link with no reason whatsoever.”

“Summation: Horrible and incompetent technical support. I've already waited a month for them to address one issue and they have failed to, repeatedly with different "help". The last month? Same thing, but for a different dilemma. I'm sure I could be a better engineer than any of those clowns.”
