For some reason my old ubisoft was still attached to my xbox after being inactive on ubisoft well over 7 years. And due to it being attached my xbox when i went to start a new ubisoft account it charged to my old one. And since i cant ever log in and customer service is slow. They will not refund me and due to me being in a country that isnt on the list of being refundable.
So they deserve a 0 star in my book. Seems to me that your company took too long on purpose. Overall horrible company, wish i looked into it before wasting money on a crappy company policy. Thanks for being a supporter of your customers company. Keep up the horrible work!
