About 2-3 years ago I bought the Amazing anno 1800, some form of deluxe edition, came with all at that time future expansions.
Recently I wanted to play some Anno again and to my surprise my Anno 1800 game was no longer in my library. In response to this I contacted support to ask them what happened to my game. While talking to them I received the request to provide proof of me purchasing the game... Long story short they did not honor my initial purchase and as such I am sadly no longer buying Ubisoft games.
