I would give zero stars if it were an option. GARBAGE customer service. Several times explaining the same problem to different idiots only to get forwarded to there super special idiots. Then told not to reply or it would kick my request to the bottom of the pile. It’s been almost a year and haven’t heard jack back. Absolutely worthless company. We will never pay a penny for a Ubisoft product again.
