One of the worst encounters with support. I have an issue with Watch Dogs 2, basically there is ongoing issue from their part where they updated either Ubisoft connect or the EAC and its clashing with the game. It doesn't affect everyone but the people who does are completely unable to even start the game. So I contacted them for any help, mind that I found out about that issue later.
Encounter with them was that replays from the support team were in spawn of weeks where they were asking me for the same files to send them over and over ( DxDiag, msinfo32 ), I had way more useful advisees from AI programs rather then from the support team. When they asked me for the same files for the 3rd time I lost it and ask them, if they have any info about updates on UC or EAC because that's the cause of the issue and that it's useless to ask me for the same things over and over. Response was, that the game doesn't have any support and I have to deal with it.. Like wtf is this kind of support ?
