Ubisoft has to have the most useless support team possible. My account was recently hacked, and I sent a support ticket to try and recover my account every time i messaged them they replied me with the exact same copy and pasted message "We have been reviewing your case and we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the investigation, this is due to security concerns, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that your case will be closed as the current issue has been resolved." I sent all my details linked to the account phone number, email, old passwords, ect. Replied me with "After looking over the account and the information provided, we aren't able to verify ownership of the account." They take account security so seriously that when u have 2fa on the account you can sign in without it and they believe that the guy with a ip address on the opposite side of the world is the actual owner.
