Awful service and policy.
Their promo-cod policy is "very" tricky.
Bought a microphone with promo-code for a free copy of Ubisoft game.
But promo works only if your Uplay account country is same as the promo-cod country.
And after the usage for account with a different country - no game is added, but promo-code becomes invalid.
