The driver was due to deliver a parcel for our company and each time he claims either nobody was available to sign for or the door was closed so he could not get in
The customer service are just totally incompent and very unhelpful , they even refused to help to call the driver to give him instructions as he was clearly at the wrong address and claimed that they were not allowed to help as my name was not on the parcel although I had the tracking number
Totally unheard of - rubbish is the word -Do not use
