DHL WELLINGBOROUGH A COUPLE OF LITHUANIANS RUN AWAY WITH THE DRIVERS' MONEY THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR OWN DRIVERS AND DON'T PAY THEIR WAGES . MANAGERS RICHARD PICKERING AND CAVELLE SPROTT ENCOURAGE THESE FRAUDS AND ARE PART OF THEM . https://www.facebook.com/csprott1 , https://www.facebook.com/richard.pickering.7545 . https://www.facebook.com/RemigijusLigita CLAIMS WERE MADE TO THE POLICE, MEDIA AND LAWYERS !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is nothing like International DHL, they are terrible, cost our small business over £5000 in lost consignments. They often deliver in 2-3 days not 24 hours like advertised. I would hate for anyone else to loose out- use a proper service like DPD instead for your small business

I am elderly, vulnerable and self isolating during the COVID pandemic. I accepted delivery of my package by speaking through the other side of my front door. I asked the driver to simply leave it just outside the front door so I could bring it in when he left. He kept on insisting that I open the door so he could hand it to me personally. This is potentially of great risk to my health as I am vulnerable if I catch the virus. I had already accepted delivery. All other delivery drivers have been content to leave packages outside once I have asked them to, but not the UK Mail driver, who arrived in a white van with a DHL logo on it. He then complained to my neighbour that I have a problem by not opening the door to accept him passing the package to me. He should be aware of current COVID delivery rules for vulnerable customers and accept a customers simple and reasonable request to leave a package just the other side of the door so they can bring it when he's gone. An awful experience from a simple delivery.

my package arrived OK but what's the point of having tracking if the package is shown as not yet out for delivery and the driver's to handing it to me after ringing my doorbell to deliver it. Wont be going out of my way to use these people.

Absolutely useless. My parcel was sent via UK mail according to the sender. It WAS delivered by DHL today but hours later, the UK Mail tracking still only says 'courier notified'.

The driver was due to deliver a parcel for our company and each time he claims either nobody was available to sign for or the door was closed so he could not get in The customer service are just totally incompent and very unhelpful , they even refused to help to call the driver to give him instructions as he was clearly at the wrong address and claimed that they were not allowed to help as my name was not on the parcel although I had the tracking number Totally unheard of - rubbish is the word -Do not use

Paid for next day delivery. It's now 5 days since the delivery date and not recieved my item. Not heard anything from uk mail group. JD sports have been contacting then asking where the items are but they keep lying to them saying that they bought then to the house but because it was after 10pm they couldnt deliver. Biggest liars ever wouldn't expect that sort of behaviour from a large company. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

No one answers the phone! At all! Ever! I have spent 2 hours trying to get my issue sorted - I needed to speak to a person, not a list of options but it just isn't happening... This has caused me a massive problem... Goons!

Worst courier company I've ever known! Lost my parcel 3 times in their own depot, then left it in a "safe place" for the recipient but forgot to leave card saying where the safe place was. Now they tell me the driver was an agency driver and has left and to submit a lost parcel claim which I did and they rejected it despite me providing all receipts and them acknowledging it was their fault! If you speak to customer service on the phone they just advise to email, no managers available generally just don't care at all. I'll never use them again.

Unfortunately, they deserve no stars. They used to be good but they one of the worst now. Once again, they failed to collect. The frequency of this is 2 out of 3 times now. They no longer respond to inquiries either and the most annoying feature is that they send you an 1 hour time window for collection or delivery which seems to serve the purpose of mocking us as they never ever honour. Sorry UK mail, but you have become a bit of a joke and this was my last booking with you.

They sent me an e-mail telling me when they would deliver my item . They were spot on and so cheery .
