THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR OWN DRIVERS AND DON'T PAY THEIR WAGES . MANAGERS RICHARD PICKERING AND CAVELLE SPROTT ENCOURAGE THESE FRAUDS AND ARE PART OF THEM .

“I am elderly, vulnerable and self isolating during the COVID pandemic. I accepted delivery of my package by speaking through the other side of my front door. I asked the driver to simply leave it just outside the front door so I could bring it in when he left. He kept on insisting that I open the door so he could hand it to me personally. This is potentially of great risk to my health as I am vulnerable if I catch the virus. I had already accepted delivery. All other delivery drivers have been content to leave packages outside once I have asked them to, but not the UK Mail driver, who arrived in a white van with a DHL logo on it. He then complained to my neighbour that I have a problem by not opening the door to accept him passing the package to me. He should be aware of current COVID delivery rules for vulnerable customers and accept a customers simple and reasonable request to leave a package just the other side of the door so they can bring it when he's gone. An awful experience from a simple delivery.”
“Worst courier company I've ever known!
Lost my parcel 3 times in their own depot, then left it in a "safe place" for the recipient but forgot to leave card saying where the safe place was.
Now they tell me the driver was an agency driver and has left and to submit a lost parcel claim which I did and they rejected it despite me providing all receipts and them acknowledging it was their fault!
If you speak to customer service on the phone they just advise to email, no managers available generally just don't care at all.
I'll never use them again.”
“Unfortunately, they deserve no stars. They used to be good but they one of the worst now.
Once again, they failed to collect. The frequency of this is 2 out of 3 times now.
They no longer respond to inquiries either and the most annoying feature is that they send you an 1 hour time window for collection or delivery which seems to serve the purpose of mocking us as they never ever honour.
Sorry UK mail, but you have become a bit of a joke and this was my last booking with you.”
