I spoke with an employee named Tuan at 135 E. Olive Ave, Burbank, CA 91503, who was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me, a long-time P.O. Box customer, and seemed unfamiliar with a basic USPS policy regarding mail forwarding. He even threw away my paperwork and proceeded to call another customer without resolving my issue. His communication was poor, and he was unable to clearly explain anything. Overall, the service experience with him was unacceptable and frustrating.
Due to this experience, I’ve decided to move my P.O. Box to a private provider and will begin using other private shipping carriers whenever possible.
