I sent a package via Priority Mail to Puerto Rico. It was supposed to arrive in 4 days. The package was traveling from office to office in Philadelphia for a week. Now it's on a plane that has been traveling for a week and hasn't landed yet because I have no information about the package. Terrible service. I'd rather stick with UPS.

I am writing to formally express my concern and frustration regarding ongoing issues with my mail forwarding and change-of-address requests. I moved from 5335 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA in 2024 and have made two in-person attempts at the local post office (near Duke Street) to submit a change-of-address. On both occasions, I was not informed that I was at the incorrect post office for processing my request. As a result, my mail has been missing since July 2024, causing serious inconvenience. Today, I spoke with a representative named Lisa through Customer 360, who finally informed me that I should have gone to the 5221 Franconia Rd,” which added to the confusion). It is extremely frustrating that no one in the prior visits corrected me or directed me properly. This kind of miscommunication has resulted in nearly one year n 2 months of lost or undelivered mail. I respectfully request: Assistance in locating and recovering any mail that may still be held or misdirected. Confirmation that my change-of-address is now properly submitted and active. Clarification on why this confusion occurred and what measures are being taken to prevent it for others. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. USPS is inept and incompetent. I have been the victim of billing mail not being delivered to my address, many times. They simply have failed in their credit mission and there is no accountability for their failures. PRESEDENT TRUMP PLEASE, PLEASE PRIVATIZE OUR MAIL SYSTEM!!

I am in Las Vegas, Enterprise area (area code 89178) at an HOA, and I have been purchasing many items online that are large & small. Today, I received a package that was almost 50 pounds and the delivery driver (Hispanic?) rang the doorbell and to my surprise, instead of it being left on the floor like UPS & FedEx, he had it resting on his shoulder taking care of my package seeing if I was there...he's not that big (no, I'm not making fun of him). Although there was no fragile sticker on there, he was watchful, and by ringing the doorbell, it prevents porch pirates. I've never spoken to him but daily, when he's delivering packages to other customers around me, he's always smiling and courteous and appears to enjoy his job. His demeanor that he exudes makes everyone comfortable. Yes, there's those that hate their job and project their negative attitudes to customers, but this delivery driver for USPS is the opposite and we need more workers like him,. We only hope that USPS will continue to retain their workers like him until his retirement.

I am a regular customer who sends packages via priority mailing system. About 50% of times my packages first go to a wrong state and had to reroute making huge delays. I feel like it's not worth spending extra money, rather send via regular mail. So frustrating!!!!!!

USPS is a disgrace. They should be shutdown but when the company leeches off of the hard working taxpayers of America they don’t have to have any accountability or responsibility. EVERYONE who works there should be ashamed of themselves. You’re all failures

Theresa once again was the person working when I went in to start a PO BOX, she is such an amazing part of your post office. I have medication coming to my P.O. Box due to me being out of town & knowing that my package will be there & accepted is amazing. It truly could save my life. Thank you Theresa

I wanted to say thanks to the woman I spoke to in customer service this morning. I didn’t catch her name but she was polite efficient and helped me out tremendously. My package got delivered to me today thanks to you . Thanks hun and I appreciate your outstanding customer service 👍🏽

I spoke with an employee named Tuan at 135 E. Olive Ave, Burbank, CA 91503, who was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me, a long-time P.O. Box customer, and seemed unfamiliar with a basic USPS policy regarding mail forwarding. He even threw away my paperwork and proceeded to call another customer without resolving my issue. His communication was poor, and he was unable to clearly explain anything. Overall, the service experience with him was unacceptable and frustrating. Due to this experience, I’ve decided to move my P.O. Box to a private provider and will begin using other private shipping carriers whenever possible.

An absolute awful experience. The USPS damaged my package (a $200 sports card) then were unable to deliver it to a customer. Without my knowledge or consent the package and contents were sent to a recovery center where it was destroyed. I tried to file a refund claim but their system would not allow me because it was still in a missing mail search status. After a long discussion with their customer service I was told they couldn't do anything about my loss. I lose a valued customer and $200 of my product. This is how they treat their customers? They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

I have mostly great experiences with them but how does the USPS not deliver on time the stamps that they sell on the official USPS website?

I currently have a package in Kansas City Distribution Center sitting since 0312/25. Today is 03/18/25 and package is still there. I live 50 miles from the Distribution Center. 1st said en route to destination. Now its "Moving through the system" For a week ? It hasn't moved anywhere and they like to lie to cover their tracks ,!

Received package on Sunday ripped open and half my stuff was gone. Then 2 more packages say they were delivered to my front porch Jan 30 but no they are not there. They are looking for them but delivery driver is off today, have to wait til tomorrow when she works again to find out where she delivered them to. Just to be clear this was not my normal carrier. This happened on her days off.

The parcel sent was never delivered and they refuse to take any responsibility. DO NOT SEND THROUGH THIS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE POST. Very slow delivery, it was an international package, and when their partner lost the package they do not do anything to retrieve it or to compensate any damages, eventhough they charged us more than 100$. A parcel was sent by an 100 class delivery in the UK Parcel Force.

I am devoted to our USPS. Sadly, though, for more than a year, the postal tracking system has been posting "package delivered," but actually arrives 1 to 2 days later.

The ABSOLUTE worst staff I've ever had to deal with. They have no idea what they are doing. I went to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house the day before and wasn't. I received an email saying the delivery failed but no one left me a slip saying they even tried. I was then told that the package was at this location by their customer service. The staff argued with me that they NEVER email, even though I had it pulled up and they seen it, and that I was wrong. My package ended up being at another location all together. I went to pick it up and the gentleman working looked at me with complete disgust on his face and didn't say a word to me. Just do your job.
