“An absolute awful experience. The USPS damaged my package (a $200 sports card) then were unable to deliver it to a customer. Without my knowledge or consent the package and contents were sent to a recovery center where it was destroyed. I tried to file a refund claim but their system would not allow me because it was still in a missing mail search status. After a long discussion with their customer service I was told they couldn't do anything about my loss. I lose a valued customer and $200 of my product. This is how they treat their customers? They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.”
“I currently have a package in Kansas City Distribution Center sitting since 0312/25. Today is 03/18/25 and package is still there. I live 50 miles from the Distribution Center. 1st said en route to destination. Now its "Moving through the system" For a week ? It hasn't moved anywhere and they like to lie to cover their tracks ,!”
“Received package on Sunday ripped open and half my stuff was gone. Then 2 more packages say they were delivered to my front porch Jan 30 but no they are not there. They are looking for them but delivery driver is off today, have to wait til tomorrow when she works again to find out where she delivered them to. Just to be clear this was not my normal carrier. This happened on her days off.”
“The parcel sent was never delivered and they refuse to take any responsibility. DO NOT SEND THROUGH THIS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE POST. Very slow delivery, it was an international package, and when their partner lost the package they do not do anything to retrieve it or to compensate any damages, eventhough they charged us more than 100$. A parcel was sent by an 100 class delivery in the UK Parcel Force.”
“I am devoted to our USPS. Sadly, though, for more than a year, the postal tracking system has been posting "package delivered," but actually arrives 1 to 2 days later.”
“The ABSOLUTE worst staff I've ever had to deal with. They have no idea what they are doing. I went to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house the day before and wasn't. I received an email saying the delivery failed but no one left me a slip saying they even tried. I was then told that the package was at this location by their customer service. The staff argued with me that they NEVER email, even though I had it pulled up and they seen it, and that I was wrong. My package ended up being at another location all together. I went to pick it up and the gentleman working looked at me with complete disgust on his face and didn't say a word to me. Just do your job.”
