Booked two ticket to Italy. Called Vayama to see if the flights were being cancelled because of covid. Was told the flight were cancelled due to covid and also received an email from them stating.
Your booking has been cancelled.
Following an airline schedule change, the airline has cancelled your flights. The airline didn't provide alternative flights, which means the only option is to request a full refund.
We have started the refund process and will update you on the status via email.
10 months later still no refund processed by Vayama. Now they state I am not due refund from airline because I cancelled flights.
I woud accept responsibility for this if I was not told by thier staff that the flights were cancelled dut to covid and notified in writing that this was the case. Next stop for me is to file complaint with Department of Transportation and Connecticut Attorny General
