When you call Vayama, a recording says they are too busy to answer the phone so please contact them via email (and they do not give you the email address to use - you have to search online to find it.) When you email Vayama, you get an email back asking if you really want them to respond to your first email (again because they are really busy). Unbelievably poor customer service. Now I wonder: is Vayama legitimate? Are they interested in continuing as a business? I am contemplating legal action but hate to have to go that route. It would be nice if a human would respond.
