Vayama customer service is non existent. Even if your airline allows refunds, vayama will send falsified emails claiming the airline has refused the refund. I was finaly able to get my refund by filing a complaint though BBB.org against Vayama.
It's not just bad customer service, they are crooks! Stay away from VAYAMA!
