Do your self a favor and don’t book a ticket from them . After airlines canceled their flight due to corona vayama still says that they can’t provide full refund because the airlines will charge cancelation fees . I called Emirates and they told me clearly that since we canceled the flight we will refund 100% but Your agency has to call us and request the refund !!
