Received first pair of Veja for my birthday. The stitching on one shoe is discolored, almost a light pink. It’s not terribly noticeable but for $160, it’s unacceptable. I contacted customer service through the Veja website twice. I’ve heard zero response. I would expect acknowledgement at least. Very disappointed. I haven’t worn the shoes yet but the level of service has turned me off from the product. 👎🏽
