Extremely unprofessional service; Dishonest Customer Service i.e. especially Jose Jinggo (Support Vestiaire Collective) and Daniel P (Support Vestiaire Collective).
Due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism the issue has been forwarded to European Small Claim Court for a resolution.
However, being a loyal consumer with Vestiaire Collective for more than six years, I find their reputation would depend on, amongst other things, to provide consumers with a decent service.
I am very disappointed with their failure in doing so.
