I would rate it 0 if possible. Please do not waste your time or money on this site. They have incompetent staff, the only contact you have to sort issues is through a online chat where you will be ignored and matters left unresolved. I am in contact with the PR and messaging the co-founders Instagram to desperately obtain attention for my case.
Do yourself a favour and use anywhere else but Vestiaire.
