Buyer got my Chanel bag for free when VC automatically cancelled my sale after 4 days. Buyer has got the refund and the bag now. She refuses to pay nor VC acknowledges any fault.
I’m down a $9000 limited edition Chanel bag. Had sold over $50,000 worth of items with VC with no problem until now. They’ve charged over 30% commission on that which is ridiculous. This company is pretty the definition of a French economy. Lazy, all they care about is easy money.
