Every time there is an issue Customer services ignore emails and are the worst in existence!
Said my Gucci watch was fake and it is not... I have to pay 12 Euros for return which I have done with a £25 bank fee on top of that !
Need it back now to claim on Ebay if not sent immediately will take legal action against Vestiaire Collective for the cost of the watch!
Disgusting service to a trusted seller!
Communication 3 live chats and about 15 emails!
