They lie .I sold an item and the Bayer didnt pick up so the currier send back te parcel.Vestiare lie because it policy dont allow customer refund a good, but They normally do it.
It is a fraud If anyone sale and the client dont pick up it, it should be esponsability of Vestiare They should collect the item, pay the seller and through away hustlers
