No one checks the items properly but you are forced to send them to be checked and thrown pay for it. It really is a shocking website and I wish there was an alternative.
Bought this Hermes bracelet marketed at 6,5cm. I received it after it had been “checked” by the Vestiaire team only to find it was 7cm. I sent it back and they still confirmed it was 6,5cm. I have many Hermes bracelets so I know what 6,5cm is. Anyway after complaining they refused to give me any refund still insisting it was 6,5cm. Total crooks. So upsetting
