Horrible website.
The courier service of choice in Australia is CourierPlease which is the most unreliable. Vestiaire Helpdesk does nothing to help you when the courier doesn’t pick up the couriers and give you a negative badge as not a trusted seller even though it is their fault.
I had my 3 courier cancelled bc the courier of their choice don’t pick up things. I went to the courier office to drop off, but they say Vestiaire insist only pick up label so we can generate a drop off label for you to drop off your courier.
Worst experience!
