TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I purchased a watch that took about two months to arrive. I had a terrible experience trying to reach an actual person to help me with this (very frustrating). Their customer service is a robot. Turns out my package was lost in Hong Kong. I told them I no longer wanted the watch and they told me to return it once I received it. When I received it I immediately sent it back. Today I get an email saying that my return package arrived “empty”. They asked me to provide so many things yet I haven’t been able to talk to an actual person.
